You can enter Lots for both digital and traditional live auctions via the one Magic Millions Online Entries Facility.

The listing fee per Lot on Magic Millions Digital is $385 (inc GST), which will be invoiced to you as soon as the auction is published.

If you have previously utilised this interface to enter Lots in a Magic Millions live auction, there is no need to re-register. Simply use your existing user details.

If you are new to the Magic Millions Online Entries Facility, please enter your email address under ‘Register (new user)’ and follow the steps.

You can use this facility to submit entries, upload photos, videos, vendor comments, reports, disclosures, reserves and more. As well as store saved supplier details to reduce data entry and aid payment of your sale proceeds.

If you have been engaged by a vendor to submit a video for a sale listing please use our form to upload.

If your Lot is successful in being sold on Magic Millions Digital, sale commission is charged at 5.5% (inc GST) of the final sale price, plus a compulsory Thoroughbred Breeders Australia (TBA) levy of 0.385% (inc GST) of the final sale price, which Magic Millions passes onto the TBA.

Should your listing not be sold there are no fees incurred, except the initial listing fee.
